Butchers Original in Darmstadt

What else should you capitalize? We have been happy to be guests at Butchers since it opened. It's so delicious every time, whether it's salads, steaks, burgers! Service always super friendly. Of course we support you now in lockdown and pick us up regularly; what can I say? Tastes just as good at home!

This fantastic restaurant is a bit hidden inside the building in the center of Darmstadt. The inner ambience is impressive, the space options are roughly average. The menu offers an extensive, interesting selection of drinks and food. The burgers are absolutely recommendable and taste fantastic, they are one of the best burgers in terms of preparation and taste that I have ever eaten. Personally, I also find the whole idea of ​​the dispensing systems at the tables very cool. The service is competent and very friendly, but understandably you had to wait longer for your order because it was full to the brim. The price-performance ratio is good. The preparation of the dishes is fantastic and very loving. A very good kitchen, absolutely recommendable.

So we had takeaway and i had the grilled chicken burer and normal fries. My burger was really good but the chicken tasted like nothing-maybe work on your spices? Also the fries were the worst fries i have ever had. They were not salty or crispy at all, they were as if you uad left bought frozen fries outside for an hour and then served then. So disappointing! The rest was goo though. I would recommend going, but maybe take a salad

We had food delivered, everything was very tasty, but unfortunately only lukewarm. The drink was forgotten, but even bigger was delivered. Really very nice staff. :) However, you could note on the boxes which burger is which (e.g. without tomatoes), if the same burgers are in the order. Always my pleasure :)

All you can eat from monday to thursday for 13 euros is amazing!

The food was not that tasty and the burgers are small, I expected more. The waiters were slow.

The burgers are good, nothing special compared to other burger places but it was tasty. The sweet potato fries weren't anything special either. The service was a long time coming but was very friendly. That's actually all that can be said about it, it's okay.

The service is very nice, but laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa also like to forget. The food is average. For me, this one experience is enough.

The food was good, but if spare ribs are ordered for a child, the waitress should point out that they are served in a sweet and hot sauce so that you have the chance to change something. We ordered homemade lemonade 1.0 l and another 0.4 l no vessel was calibrated and it looked very much less. That is neither professional nor permissible. Despite the few guests, the service was a long time coming, a shame overall, because only small improvements are necessary to make everything good.

There were 6 of us at Butchers yesterday. In itself a very nicely furnished shop but appearances are deceptive: The cheesecore burger that should have cheese in the bulette has a very lean cheese core. The burger was just raw in some places so that I couldn't finish the burger. I had my cola, which was very slightly carbonated, exchanged. I was refilled with a new Coke but left it at the counter. After 10 minutes of standing, the somewhat stronger blonde waitress brought us over and put it down with derogatory words: "So I've opened a new bottle, more soda doesn't work there". To the waitress: very basic my love if you open a new bottle and pour the cola for me and let the cola stand for 10 minutes with 4 huge ice cubes then it is very simple physics that the cola is diluted with the water and the carbonic acid evaporates. Take 2 sips of the drink and let stand. The service is overwhelmed and the food really doesn't taste that good, as the chilli cheese nuggets only consist of cheese and you look for the chilli in vain. The cake staff did not wear a mask, the operator says that the staff is not obliged to do so, but I ask you to prepare your food in a pandemic so a little thinking would not hurt. As the operator, I find it extremely alarming to draw the employees' attention to wearing the masks and to ensure that this is observed. Never again :)

Super tasty burger; one of the best I've ever eaten. The fries were legendary too. I would also leave 6 stars there! I will definitely be back. I can only recommend it!

This Place is Wonderful, they have the best Burger in town. You not can only burger there more than enough Salats and Steaks as well I prefer the Tomahawk steak this is some good meat. It’s very clean there and the employees are very friendly and fast. See you soon butchers

Were here at the tapping table earlier this year. We wanted to tap the beer, but only foam came out. After several attempts by the operator to fix the problem, the keg was empty (only foam). We are now here for the second time (six months later) and oh wonder ... the tap doesn't work again. This time we get the beer from the counter, but we've been waiting for it for over half an hour. But the fries were delicious.

Spontaneously ended up at Butchers last Saturday evening and then had a great evening there. Everything was really delicious from the cocktails to the limos, and the cocktail happy hour where each cocktail costs only € 5 is particularly worthwhile. The raspberry mojito is amazing. With the meal there was the prime beef salad that was super fresh and delicious, especially the honey mustard dressing was really delicious. Unfortunately we ran out of space for the pancakes our neighbor's table had, which looked so good. But otherwise you really have to say that everything is delicious and fresh here. The shop is clean and has a nice ambience just like the terrace behind the restaurant. We'll be back defensively.

Very tasty food! The burgers taste fresh, the meat is on point. The sandwich is delicious and has just the right amount of cheese. The service was great, despite the full shop, we got our food quickly. Staff is friendly and the ambience inside is nicely designed. If you sit in the passage itself, it bothers a little that the music from the other shops is superimposed. We would love to come back! Because the food is great!

We went to the Butchers for lunch this afternoon with my wife, the shop is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. And a big compliment to the very friendly and easy-to-use service. The food is just super fresh and delicious. We will be back definitely. Our tip are the homemade lemonade and the delicious pancakes with fresh berries. Please continue.

Unfortunately no 0 stars possible! Ordering including bringing the drinks took 25 minutes. Then waited 70 minutes for a burger and a steak. Cutlery was forgotten, which I then had to get myself after another 5 minutes of waiting. In terms of taste it was average, but by no means in line with the price. Service disastrous! the team seemed completely overwhelmed. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the bill and give 3x a sign. Actually, you shouldn't have paid the bill of € 45. For the first time in my life, I didn't tip! This shop is an absolute disaster! in contrast, McDonald's is like a gourmet temple!

Super boring vegan burgers, served cold with unmelted cheese and the most obvious ingidients. Sorry but this is worth maybe 5 eur not 12 XD prices are ridiculous in this place. Also no sitting outside... I don't recommend.

Only had good experiences I have eaten there several times and was never disappointed. The burgers there are really tasty and fresh. The service has been great so far. The shop is nicely decorated, especially the terrace in the courtyard is very cozy. The clean toilet rounds off the overall picture.

Very nice Burger restaurant and amazing drinks too. Nice and friendly Wiaters. The homemade Limonade and the Cheesesteak is amazing.

Waiting times were not that short (30 min) but besides that waiters were nice and food was average. I can recommend the Sweet Potato Fries instead of the normal ones.

The waitress Tabi was super sweet and nice, the food was very tasty and at the end we got a great little mohito, took a bit long to arrive, but was worth the wait... Just dont go super hungry...

Best place in Hessen to eat a burger. But they also have other options that are one better than the other!! The atmosphere there is very cozy, the place is beautiful, the staff is more than friendly, the price is great and definitely a perfect place to go with friends or family. They are also dog friendly and have nice areas for people with a dog. From the menu I would recommend the big butcher, the avocado burger and the meat on a “sword” (I forgot the official name). Also a great tip is to try their lemonade, it is delicious!

Great restaurant, have already been some 3 times here. Always amused by the high quality of the meat, be it stake, entrecote or simple (but nonetheless great!) pulled pork burger. I am very happy with not only the food but also the staff, coziness and small "presents" like homemade pancakes to the lunch menu which really made my day. I definitely recommend this place to people who love meat (and even the ones who don't will find some veggie options for sure) and will for sure come back ; )

New menu is not as good as the old one. Service is nice and friendly. Burger sauces were also better in the past.

Good burger, probably the best sweet potatoe fries in all of Darmstadt. They have a table you can get that has a beer tap in the middle for a group of 4-6.
